About Us

Alan B. Hale - President - Facilitator - Executive Leadership CoachAfter graduating from Vanderbilt's school of engineering, he served and flew in the Navy for six years before joining the family travel business as a branch manager. Within a few years, he and his brother had bought the company outright. Over the next two decades, they grew it ten-fold into a national operation with hundreds of employees. He sold his interest in 2004.He then spent five years as a consultant and advisory board leader before purchasing a struggling e-commerce sport travel company — building its sales 30% per year for 9 years before selling to the world's largest company in that space. Since 2018, he has been leading both TwelveSix Advisors and Carbriwalk Corporation. However, his business life was not without challenges, like so many small business entrepreneurs. He is experienced in family business struggles, challenges with business growth, unforeseen events (9-11, Pandemic), and small business cash flow issues. He has also dealt with personnel challenges and personal/family issues that impact one's professional life in profound ways. Over the years, Alan attributes much of his ability to "weather the storms" to his faith and his participation in peer-to-peer advisory boards.During the pandemic, he was diagnosed with cancer. Now in deep remission, he experienced firsthand what absolute pressure looks like — and closely observed what separates those who thrive from those who don't. By listening to others on the same path, he identified traits with direct application to leadership and has woven them into his core advisory work.Alan is also an experienced Executive Leadership Coach and has earned the CPLC (Certified Professional Leadership Coach) designation. With thousands of hours of professional training and coaching — and a career as a leader spanning decades — he brings practical business experience, and the education and training in coaching from PCCI, which meets ICF professional requirements.Learn more about Alan: https://www.linkedin.com/in/alanbhale
